Recently in an interview with online media, SS

Rajamouli

spilled beans on his interest in directing the superhit Mohanlal starrer ‘Drishyam 1’ and its sequel ‘Drishyam 2’. Rajamouli said this as a response to the interviewer’s question on the film that he watched recently and wished to direct. The ‘RRR’ director immediately replied by saying, “ That’s ‘Drishyam’ franchise. The first part itself was great, and its sequel was even more thrilling.”

SS Rajamouli further added that he was overwhelmed at the terrific writing of the ‘Drishyam’ franchise which has a perfect mix of intelligence, simplicity, emotion, and thrill that captures the audience all the way. The comment made by such a known legendary director has indeed enthralled the Malayali audience.

SS Rajamouli has showered his love for the Malayali audience earlier, too, during the promotional event of ‘RRR’ by saying that most of his films ‘Baahubali’, ‘Magadheera’ were well received in Kerala and also said that the ‘God’s own country’ has really opened the doors for him and his films.

Meanwhile, ‘RRR’ is roaring high in the theatres as the audience is heaping praise on the magnificent execution style of SS Rajamouli making this period drama an epic one. The film features the actors Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn, and Samuthirakani in pivotal roles.
