Story: Cook Babu - the character from 2011 movie Salt N' Pepper - finds it difficult to adjust in Kalidasan's house after his marriage to Maya. He walks out and ends up with four women, who share an apartment. Will he go back to Kalidasan?

Review: Four women from different walks of life share an apartment in Kochi. While everybody is happy in their life and career, they face a difficulty with having to convince their landlord to renew their lease. With just a few days left to vacate, fashion designer Ann (Lena) finds cook Babu (Baburaj) - the character from Salt N’ Pepper (2011) movie - on the road. He has walked out of Kalidasan and Maya's lives due to some misunderstandings. He quickly wins over the women with his cooking skills and he moves into their flat.

Baburaj's third directorial is about single women living in a city and the difficulties they may encounter. We also see Kalidasan and Maya, the characters enacted by Lal and Shwetha Menon in Salt N Pepper, living a happy married life. The movie also explores the deep bond shared between Kalidasan and Babu.

The movie, written and directed by Baburaj, is a decent watch with good cinematography and soulful music and background score by Bijibal. The popular tune of Salt N Pepper from the song Premikkumbol plays occasionally, stirring up nostalgia among viewers. Actors, including Lena, Rachana Narayanankutty, Oviya, Baburaj, Lal and Shwetha Menon, have showcased a fair performance.

There are many instances of situational comedy in the movie that was once enjoyed by Malayalis, but with changing sensibilities, such jokes will seem off-colour to many now. The film has a lot of misogynistic dialogues, such as 'peedanamanu ippothe trend' and 'oru anundenkil oru dairya'. Also the character of Babu, who isn't typically masculine, is made fun of at times, and it doesn’t sit well. The filmmaker could have considered these facts while making the movie.

On the whole, the film is a good attempt that throws light on different aspects of life.
