Trivial Disasters to be screened in the city again

The play has been so popular in the city, that it has been coming back to be staged again and again.
Trivial Disasters, written by award winning playwright Ajay Krishnan is a series of eight hilariously absurd sketches that take real life incidents and events and turn them upside down.
A young man who is unable to complete his sentences even when he wants to propose to his girlfriend, a woman who enjoys negotiating with her husband's kidnapper, a boy who has nothing to confess in church but is forced to confess, a poet who collaborates on a Road Safety Project with the Government and a television talk show with a celebrity serial killer.
Trivial Disasters has performed 40 shows in conventional as well as alternative spaces in Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore and Coimbatore. The play is directed by Nimi Radindran.
