Jagriti warns latecomers

Bangalore's theatre enthusiasts always make it a point to arrive at a play venue on time. This is mainly because certain theatre venues -- like Ranga Shankara and Jagriti -- are very stringent about admitting audience members into a hall after the first bell is sounded. This is done to ensure that the onstage performers are not distracted in any way and can perform to the best of their ability.
Jagriti made an exception to this rule recently when they allowed audience members into their venue 15 minutes into the show during a stand-up comedy show. However, in their most recent email, the venue managers have pointed out that this is a very rare exception. Under a subhead of the mail titled 'No latecomers!', the text read "You may have heaved a sigh of relief when you were allowed to enter after the 3rd bell and 15 minutes into the show. This is only for Stand Up Comedy. Latecomers are still not allowed to enter after the 3rd bell as they cause a disturbance. So, please be on time!"
So latecomers, head to Jagriti at your own risk!
