recently put up a picture of the late Girish Karnad on her social media page. In the photograph, the legendary playwright and actor is seen reading out a script on stage, as Pallavi shares the frame.
Over the past few months when the people all over the world have been practically confined to their homes, many artistes took to social media and other online platforms to keep people showcase their talent and keep people’s spirits high during these gloomy times. The Karnataka State Film Award-winning singer, actor and activist was recently seen sharing her journey in the field of music and

theatre

with the audience as part of a special theatre initiative during the lockdown, called ‘Chai Wai & Rangmanch’.

Pallavi is also part of a special project by singer-musician Vasu Dixit. Called ‘Vishwamanava’, the initiative pays tribute to doctors, nurses, healthcare workers and the police force, who have been on the frontline battling the

pandemic

. Created in collaboration with the Ballari District Police, this initiative has brought together Karnataka’s leading singers and musicians to come up with a heartfelt musical tribute to their spirit and sacrifice.
And that’s not all, Pallavi also features in the ensemble of artistes for ‘Home Theatre Video Book #2’, titled Angadha Dhare, by Keshava Malagi. The ‘Home Theatre’ project is a culmination of like-minded people and friends of

and Prakasam, who came together to make it happen.
