Abhishek Iyengar's play Ond Second to be screened at Ranga Shankara

Theatre lovers would soon get a glimpse of playwright Abhishek Iyengar's play Ond Second at Ranga Shankara this month end. Interestingly, this one man play would be performed by Anirudh Mahesh and has been written and directed by Abhishek Iyengar. The playwrights seems to be back in action after the long pandemic lull. And, recently, Abhishek Iyengar premiered his 70-minute long play 'Anavarana' at Kaladwaraka auditorium in Koramangala on Sunday.
The play was a thriller which revolved around six friends who meet up after years at a reunion party and play a game of truth which suddenly brings many unheard and unexpected revelations about each of them to the fore. Adding to this, a dead body lands up at the venue. "Hence the play's name Anavarana which means unveiling of truth," he had earlier told Bangalore Times.
Coming back to Ond Second, music has been recreated by Abhishek Narain, vocals have been given by Karthik Nayak and lights by Manju Narayan.
