Yen Madodu Swamy from French Biryani enters music charts this week

Retaining its position on top of the Mirchi Top 20 charts this week, is the song Karabuu from the Dhruva Sarja starrer, Pogaru. The song from the hit film has received more than 100 million views online and seems to be gaining a lot of attention. But last week’s top gainer, The Bengaluru Song from the film French Biryani, has moved down two places to take the 10th spot on the top 20 list. However, there is good news for fans of French Biryani, as another song from the film has made its entry onto the charts.

The song Yen Madodu Swamy, is the second song from the film that has made it to the charts and it has taken the 14th position. Yen Madodu Swamy has been sung by Puneeth Rajkumar and features lyrics by Vasuki Vaibhav and Avinash Balekkala. Vasuki Vaibhav is also the music director and has done the background vocals for the song, along with Gokul Abhishek. The video of the song, that is also gaining popularity online, features a mix of clips from the film and also from the recording studio, giving fans a glimpse into the making of the song.

Kaaneyagiruve Naanu

from the film Odeya. The romantic song featuring lead actors Darshan and Sanah Thimmayyah, has climbed five places to take the eighth spot on the charts this week. Sung by Sonu Nigam and Anuradha Bhat, the lyrics for Kaaneyagiruve Naanu have been written by Jayanth Kaikini, while the music is by Arjun Janya.
