Supriyaa Ram talks about her favourite singers

Singer Supriyaa Ram, who recently teamed up with singer Haricharan for a reprised version of Jotheyalli, originally composed by Ilaiyaaraja, talks about her favourite singers on #QuickTakeswithBangaloreTimes. The singer tells us how these artists have inspired her through her career:
1. Sunidhi Chauhan: She was a big source of inspiration for me when I was growing up.I completely fell in love with her versatility and her voice. She has played a very big role in my life as I took up singing too.
2. Rajesh Krishnan: Karnataka heartthrob, Rajesh Krishnan is one of my favourite. His voice is so smooth and I admire his voice and him a lot.
3. Indu Nagaraj: She's one of my favourite singers and I love how she sings. She's a trained classical singer, but the way she presents her songs are mind-blowing. I absolutely love her voice. and what she brings out in each performance.
4. Shreya Ghoshal: The voice that melts hundreds of hearts worldwide and in India, Shreya Ghoshal is another favourite. She is a wonderful human being and a singer and breathes life into any song she sings.
5. Arijit Singh: He is another of my favourite singers. Every time he sings, my heart skips a beat. I love the way he sings and brings out emotion in each song.
