Kunal Ganjawala returns to Sandalwood after eight years for upcoming flick Richie

Having sung many hit songs in the past in Kannada, Kunal Ganjawala whose last outing in Sandalwood was the 2015 flick Masterpiece, has returned to lend his voice to his next flick. The Bollywood singer has made a comeback after eight years to croon for the upcoming film Richie. The movie which stars Richie and small screen actor Ramola, is a romantic, suspense thriller. And the film is set to have an eclectic mix of songs composed by Agastya Santosh and one of the numbers have been sung by Kunal Ganjawala.

“The song is called Kaledu Hogiruve and is extremely soulful and romantic. And we couldn’t think of anyone more apt to sing it than the man who has crooned umpteen such songs and lent them his gravitas. We just wrapped the song with him and it is set to release on May 18,” shares Richie, who in addition to being the leading man, had also directed and produced the film.

Meanwhile, Richie has a strong technical team behind it. Choreography is by Chinni Prakash, Dhananjay and Bhushan, cinematography is by Ajith N Kumar, stunts choreographed by Different Danny and Thriller Manju while Ghouse Peer has penned the lyrics. The movie is being presented by Amani Nagraj while Rakesh Rao is co-producing it.
