Techie-singer ViRaj Kannadiga — who is best-known for his 2019 viral track,
Juice Kudithiya
— is all set to release a party number this year. Called Psych, the track’s got groovy beats, says the artiste, adding, “The song is about love at first sight — Avanu Psych Aaghogthaane, which roughly translates to ‘he becomes crazy in love’.”
Last year, he had also released a motivational song, titled Fighter, and a Ganesha habba dance number, called Dhool. ViRaj was initially planning to release Psych as a New Year’s Eve party track, but it didn’t work out. Then, it was pushed to Valentine’s Day, plans for which also got stalled eventually. Now, finally, the team has zeroed in on an April release. The video will be shot by the end of this month, followed by post-production work. “Apart from this party number, I am hoping to be able to launch a few more new projects in 2020,” ViRaj signs off.
