film Badmaash, you can't help but wonder where this singer gets his energy from. The man in question, Raghu Dixit, laughs as he admits, 'It was indeed a tough song to sing as it requires so much voice power as the pitch is also high. If I were to sing three songs in that tempo every day, I might just lose a lot of weight.' Back in the Kannada film industry after quite a while, Raghu says, 'I have known both the producer Ravi Kashyap and the music director Judah Sandhy for a long time. We had to work out schedules for quite a while before we actually got down to recording it. But I am glad I did it because I think it really does sound very good.' While his work in

marks his return to Sandalwood, Raghu informs us that this year has been looking pretty good as far as work in the film industry is concerned. 'My last film stint was in the Telugu film industry for DSP, during which I sang for songs picturized on Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR. This year, there is one more Kannada number from Trigger, and I am composing music for two other Kannada films ' FLY and Pradesha Samchara ' as well as for the Tamil film Vallavanakum Vallavan. In Kannada, there is a title track of a television show, Maha Sati, which is coming up. I discovered the reach of television when I made an appearance on Weekend with Ramesh. I thought that was a very honest show that showcases a lot more of an individual's life than any other.' As for Hare Rama, while the audio is out, the makers tell us that the picturization for the number had to be as unique as the sound of the song itself. Watch out for this Dhananjaya-Sanchita Shetty starrer that has been directed by Akash Srivatsa.
