Arijit Singh rode to venue on cop's bike

Playback singer Arijit Singh rode a motor bike with a cop from Manyata Tech Park to the venue of the Alive India Concert at Phoenix MarketCity in Whitefield to beat traffic last Saturday. After landing in the city on March 14th, he was in a Mercedes Benz till Tech Park and then decided to jump on to the bike.
Thousands of people from across the city flocked the venue to catch the Tum Hi Ho sensation live.Traffic piled up till Indiranagar and moved at a snail's pace. Many who were heading to the event in cabs, got out of their cabs and walked a kilometer or two to the venue.
Around 500 odd people who did not have tickets or passes to enter stood at the entrance. The minute Arijit came on stage, the crowds cheered him on. "I loved the love I got on stage tonight," said Arijit. "Bengaluru has become one of my top favourites," he added.
