Anoop Seelin starts music label with Jessi

The upcoming Kannada movie Jessie, starring Dhananjaya and Parul Yadav, marks music director Anoop Seelin's first collaboration with director Pawan Wadeyar. His compositions on the album are also the first to be released under his own music label. 'These days, people don't really buy music CDs and get their requirements online. With Jessie, though, since Anoop was launching his own label, we decided to run a first order of 5,000 copies, but to our surprise, the response was so good that a second order has been placed,' says Pawan, who has also written the lyrics for two of the four songs on the soundtrack.
