Anoop Seelin enjoying his break with family

At the start of the lockdown, like many other artistes who were suddenly wondering what to do, singer and music composer Anoop Seelin also kept himself busy doing online concerts for Kannadigas across the world. He also did a special Corona awareness song. But after a while he decided it was best to dedicate time to his family, especially his young daughter. "The projects I was attached to are either ready for release or awaiting clearance to begin work.So, for a while, I was actually without work. But I did not mind it, as I have been spending a lot of time with my daughter," says the musician.
But it will be back to business for Anoop soon. He is slated to score music for the upcoming Vijay Milton directorial that will bring Shivarajkumar and Dhananjaya together after Tagaru. According to reports, he will also work on Darling Krishna’s next srikrishna@gmail.com and another Dhananjaya film called Daali.
Anoop, who like most other musicians has a studio set up at his house, is looking at collaborating with singers who have similar set ups at home. Most Kannada music directors have been associating with singers who have recording equipment. They coordinate over video call, after which the recording is sent for mastering.
Anoop Seelin, who began his career as a composer with Gooli, is a trained singer, who occasionally also sings for the films that he composes for.
