You don’t need steroids to have a sculpted body, says Raghu Ramappa

Actor-model Raghu Ramappa has bagged one gold and two silver medals at the Asia Pacific natural bodybuilding championship, at Singapore. An elated Raghu highlights that this was a drug-free championship and says, “I want more people to get into the sport of natural bodybuilding without using any steroids. We have been witnessing an increasing number of athletes succumbing to steroid related ailments, something which could have been avoided. So my aim now is to create awareness that you can sculpt a physique in a healthy and natural manner.”
