Yogaraj Bhat apologizes

When the first still of filmmaker Yogaraj Bhat' upcoming production Parapancha was released to the media. The picture featured actor Diganth, supposedly naked, with a digitally attached black patch protecting his modesty. The picture sparked a controversy, with many saying that it as a cheap gimmick, one that was not expected in a film under Bhatru's banner.
Yogaraj took note of all the negative media surrounding the picture and called for a press briefing recently.At the very start, he apologized about the lack of judgment in sending out a picture like that and tried to preempt any further discussion by requesting the media to put an end to the talk. "I would like to apologize for the whole episode. It was not intentional and we did not do that to gain publicity. Such kind of mistakes should not have occurred from my production house and I sincerely apologize for the whole episode," said Yogaraj Bhat.
Parapancha, directed by Krish Joshi, stars Ragini Dwivedi, Diganth, Bhavana Rao and Ashok, among others. Shooting is currently on.
