Yash keeps new bearded look under wraps as 'Toxic' shoot begins in Mumbai
'KGF' star Yash is working on his upcoming action thriller 'Toxic', directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. Recently Yash was spotted as several videos of him are going viral on social media, where he can be seen hiding his new bearded look.
His co-star Kiara Advani was also seen arriving at Versova Jetty, where filming is set to take place on an island in Mumbai.
Initially, there were plans for most of the filming to occur in Bengaluru; however, reports now indicate that a significant portion will be shot in London. The production team is preparing for around 200 days of shooting, with 150 days dedicated to various locations in the UK.
Recently, it was also reported that JJ Perry, known for his work on films like 'John Wick', 'Django Unchained', 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine', and 'The Fate of the Furious' and many more has joined the team to train Yash for his role.
The film is expected to explore the dark world of the Goa drug mafia.
In addition to Yash and Kiara Advani, the cast includes Tamil star Nayanthara and Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi in key roles, Tara Sutaria and Shruti Haasan. With Yash also taking on the role of co-producer 'Toxic' is slated for release on April 10, 2025.
