With MJ moves and melody, Ajaneesh rocks his first concert

Ajju, we knew you were a wonderful composer and singer. But where and why did you hide those peak moves?”was the common refrain by everyone at Ajaneesh Loknath’s first ever concert in the city on Saturday. The ace music director and his team headed by Bobby CR went on to stun audiences over three hours with hit songs interspersed with chats with Kannada stars in attendance — Sudeep, Shiva Rajkumar and Upendra along with K Venkat Narayan. The evening kickstarted also featured performances by singers like Abby V, Vijaya Prakash, Vasuki Vaibhav, Sanjith Hegde, Aishwarya Rangarajan, Harshika Devanath, Harishankar, Ananya Bhat, Mangli, Nakash Aziz and Sai Vignesh. Memorable moments were created on stage when papa Sudeep watched daughter Sanvi Sudeep croon Mast Malaika on stage; Upendra hummed Troll Agutte from UI with the singers and Shivanna sang his favourite track from Srikanta composed by Ajaneesh a decade ago. The concert closed on a most divine note delving into the landscape of Kantara that sent the audience into a trance mode.
