Bengaluru is proof of man made disaster in recent times. There is no plan to decongest the city. Instead more flyovers and metros will run within the city itself. Moreover, almost all construction is way beyond the permissible FSI. And now the Govt wants to increase the FSI along the metro routes. So whatever benefit the Metro can give will also be lost. Absurd way of managing development.Read allPost comment
