Diganth Manchale are no strangers to animal activism and are often seen melting hearts over their posts urging people to adopt strays and not shop pets from breeders. The couple was seen yet again actively working towards finding a loving home for ten stray puppies. The actor duo was seen fostering ten stray puppies who were found in a drain during the recent heavy rain in Bengaluru.
"Last month, when the city witnessed heavy showers, we found ten puppies in the drain and we just knew that they would not survive if there is flooding. And, after assessing the situation, Diganth went inside the drain and pulled them out. Post which, we fostered them for two weeks and simultaneously started spreading the word for their adoption," says Aindrita. Not just this, the couple also made a make-shift shelter for the puppies as well. The actress was seen sharing the video on the same.
Seems like their efforts paid off. "We are now left with seven puppies and the rest of them have already found loving adoptive families and I couldn't be more glad," she says. She continues to reach out and spread the word for people to adopt the other puppies and can be seen giving them really cute names. Among those who adopted the stray is actress Sangeetha Sringeri who can be seen in Rakshit Shetty's 777 Charlie.
