Actor and comic Danish Sait has emerged as one of the most successful
The past year saw you being in the spotlight for your unique content. You had mentioned how this time is for individual content creators. Tell us about your thoughts on the year gone by...

It is definitely fun content, but there must be a method to the madness...
There is a method to madness. I usually wake up with thoughts and I mull over it and I call my friend and creative partner for inputs. We begin bouncing lines and then have a script ready. This is followed by the edit and the upload. A lot of people are taken by surprise by the fact that the turnaround on my video is so quick. For example, when our Prime Minister gave a speech, I had a video ready in half an hour. This is because I am constantly writing points when it is on.
Your content has had the best of stars appreciating it and acknowledging your talent. It must be great to see their wishes...
It feels overwhelming and it humbles you to the whole process. I have always measured success by how I feel mentally as opposed to who wishes me. What a lot of people don't realise is the past 10 years have been me trying to get a grip over my mental health. I've somehow functioned through it. The past one year has been the most peaceful I have been in all my adulthood. I came to terms with a lot of things. For instance, I have been constantly hustling, but the past year has given me the peace and calm to sit down in my own home. I feel grateful that it has come in time, but come at the right time. When people wish me or appreciate me, I know it is for my work. And I know I will always have all the respect for what I do or what others do and I will never waste their time or mine.

.I've been dabbling with the

for over a decade. I was putting stuff out there even as a 21 year old kid and I am 33 now, so that's 12 years. I used to upload myprank calls
, then it became small sketches and videos, then came film, followed by cricket content and eventually it came to a time like last year. I had a lot of time at home. While people have asked me if I structure it in a certain way or I had worked towards drawing these many views or followers, I say it is because I had to keep myself busy for my own mental health. I'd have gone crazy if I'd not kept myself busy. It was just me having fun and this is exactly what I tell every content creator I meet - just have fun. If you are having fun, everyone else around you will have fun too. It is beyond numbers and likes. You will have a hit and miss ratio, especially if you do it everyday. But, you need to ensure you're having fun doing it.There is a method to madness. I usually wake up with thoughts and I mull over it and I call my friend and creative partner for inputs.
