Veteran actress Ambika takes to direction

Veteran actress Ambika, who has acted with actors Shankar Nag, Rajkumar, Ambarish, Ravichandran, Vishnuvardhan and Anantnag among others, has now taken to direction.
The actress, who has acted in several other south-Indian films, along with the Malayalam actor Suresh, is directing a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual. Her film, The film, titled Nizhal in Tamil and Anabella in Malayalam, is going to be shot in the 'point-of-view' style where the actors themselves will hold the camera and shoot.
While Suresh, who earned fame for the team Kerala Strikers in the Celebrity Cricket League held recently, is going to be directing most of the film, Ambika and her sister actress Radha, have also jointly directed an emotional scene. The film is said to be produced by Mallikarjunan of Rio International.
The film is likely to feature Kishore and Indu Thampi in the lead roles. Other characters in the film will be played by Prasoon Krishna, Joe, Suresh Venkat, Pradeep Chandran, Ajith Kumar, Sajayan and Iniya's sister Shruthi. The story is said to be portray a common man's life with elements of love, comedy, suspense and thrill.
