Vasishta N Simha to replace Gurunandan in Nagathihalli Chandrakeshkar’s next?

The Sandalwood grapevine has it that actor Gurunandan is no more part of Nagathihalli Chandrashekar’s project and Vasishta N Simha has now replaced him. Nagathihalli, who is known as in the industry, is currently in the UK on a recce but is apparently in touch with Vasishta and has given him a detailed outline of the story. “I’ve always been a fan of Nagathi sir’s brand of filmmaking. So that alone was reason enough to say yes. Last night, I had a second reading of the story and I fell in love with the character. Obviously, it’s a complete change of image for me — from the macho kind to that of a soft, romantic hero. Meshtru portrays his characters very well and this role of playing a London-bred boy will call for a complete look change. This should be a fun outing,” he smiles. The final round of negotiations are on we hear. “The script came to me first and now has once again returned to me. Fingers crossed now. I guess this was meant to be,” states Vasishta.
