Upendra's set to take legal action

Just days after he was accussed of stealing Niranjan Shetty���������s story Devendra vs Upendra and passing it off to producer Muniratna, Real Star Upendra is taking legal action against Niranjan.
While obtaining a temporary injunction on the post-production work and release of Uppi���������s upcoming 3D flick, Niranjan had claimed that after seeing the promos of the film, he felt that it was very similar to his story, which he had narrated to Upendra way back in 2004.
Upendra, though, claimed that he had no recollection of any such script narration and has now approached the Chemmanakere police station to file a complaint against Niranjan for making false allegations against the actor. Uppi has also started legal proceedings to file a defamation suit against Niranjan.
