The shoot for the sequel to the hit Mohanlal-starrer has begun
The shoot for the sequel to the hit Mohanlal-starrer Udhayananu Tharam, Padmashree Bharath has begun in Cochin. Sreenivasan who played the lead role along with Mohanlal in the original is a part of the sequel as well, which will be directed by debutant Sajin Raghavan. While Meena played the female lead in the original, Mamta Mohandas has been finalized for the sequel.Suraj Venjaranmoodu will play Muttathara Sabu, president of the Sarojkumar (Sreenivasans character) fans association. Though Mohanlals character will not be there in the sequel, it will be mentioned in the story. Two more additions to the story are Vineeth Sreenivasan and Fahad Fazil. Padmashree Bharath will be out and out satirical movie on the superstars of Kerala.
