Times KAFTA unveils two exclusive preview trailers

The evening also gave the guests an exclusive preview of two films —

Jeerjimbe

and

Yaana

. Director Karthik Saragur spoke about the sensitive issues that his multiple State Award-winning film Jeerjimbe touches upon. He was later seen bonding with his long-time friend and fellow theatreperson Jayatheertha, as well as Raj B Shetty, D Satya Prakash and Vasuki Vaibhav, who called themselves the backbenchers (see pic above). Jeerjimbe is slated to release as a Children’s Day special treat on November 15.

The guests also got to see a teaser of Vijayalakshmi Singh’s slice-of-life film Yaana, which will be the launchpad of her daughters Vaibhavi, Vaisiri and Vainidhi Jagadish.
