There has been a lot of speculation about Kodi Ramakrishna’s much-delayed film with Ramya and Diganth. The Telugu filmmaker of Arundhati fame reveals that this film, titled Nagarahavu, sees Ramya in a supernatural form, in which she plays a snake in one of her births. “The film offers a very powerful character for the heroine. It is a very emotionally taxing role and the heroine needs to be someone who can draw audience to the cinema halls.I chose Ramya because of her following, apart from her being a good performer,” says Ramakrishna about his choice of heroine for the film.
