The second shoot schedule of Madagaja has wrapped up

The second shoot schedule of Madagaja, with Sriimurali and Ashika Ranganath, was recently completed in Chamarajnagar. The shoot, which began post lockdown, took place over three weeks in and around Mysuru as well.
After the shoot was wrapped, a video of Sriimurali and producer Umapathy Srinivas Gowda dancing in ecstasy to traditional drums along with the crew members, went viral on social media.Sriimurali, who missed the birthday celebrations of his son Agastya because of the shoot, had posted a heartfelt message on his Instagram page.
The action-packed movie, which is directed by Mahesh Kumar, had its first shoot schedule in Varanasi. The project sees Sriimurali and Ashika Ranganath sharing screen space for the first time. Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu recently joined the Madagaja team. He will be seen as an antagonist. Jagapathi Babu will also be seen in Roberrt. In a recent interview, he said that he is enjoying working in Sandalwood. The actor has in fact done the dubbing for Roberrt himself.
Ashika Ranganath will also be seen in the role of a village girl, in the movie and Chikanna plays a pivotal role. Madagaja is the second project for Mahesh Kumar who made his debut with the movie Ayogya. The makers are planning to release the movie in 2021.
