Horror galore for team Karvva on and off set

Karvva, a film from the makers of the horror film 6-5=2, promises to be yet another spooky experience for audiences. But what's a horror fest if the makers themselves have not been scared out of their wits during its making? Before audiences get a taste of fear, the young team of

Karvva

speaks about the various eerie incidents that they experienced on the set and off it. 'There are scenes in the film for which we have used fire. Call them accidents or coincidence, but the element of fire followed us everywhere. There was a blaze on the set, which resulted in considerable damage. Then, one of our cars caught fire on the way back to Bengaluru from the set,' says Krishna Chaitanya, the producer of the film.
As for the lead cast, which features

Tilak

Shekar, Rohit,

Anu Poovamma

and Anisha Ambrose, it is

Rohit

who pitches in with a personal experience. 'Everybody has seen or been a part of something that has scared them at some point. I remember riding my bike once at 11.30 pm on a highway when I saw a black figure just 200 metres ahead of me on the road. The next thing I know is that I had fallen and lost consciousness for a while. Till date, I do not know what that thing on the road was,' says Rohit. Tilak points out a photograph of the bungalow the team shot at. 'The shot was taken at dusk, when the lights were just coming on. On the trees on the left of the bungalow, the way the lights reflected off it seemed like it outlined a larger-than-life size profile of a woman watching over the bungalow. It could just be a play of light, but when you see something like this, it does freak you out,' he says.
