Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanusali in Bangalore

The star cast of the upcoming film, Hate Story 2, is in Bangalore today to promote their film. The film is a sequel to Hate story which had Paoli Dam and Gulshan Devaiah in the lead. The first film was directed by Vivek Agnihotri and was produced by Vikram Bhatt. The sequel is being produced jointly by Vikram and T-Series and has been directed by Mayank Gupta.
HS2 also keeps up the original theme of the film i.e. female seeking revenge after being cheated in love. But the film will see two new faces which belong to the TV industry – Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanusali. Though Surveen has done some regional films, including a Kannada flick too, this is perhaps Jay’s first film as a lead.
The duo came to Bangalore to promote the film and was seen interacting with the media and even the audiences. The cast and crew were at Ameoba on Church Street where they were also seen indulging in some bowling action after the interactions were over.
