Veteran actress Sudharani has been honored with the prestigious Aryabhatta International Award.
The award was given to actress Sudharani for the service to Kannada film industry. Sudharani shares some of the film's moments on her Instagram account when she receives the award.

Sudharani made her debut in Sandalwood through ‘Anand’ movie and acted in movies like ‘Panchama Veda’, ‘Mysore Mallige’, ‘Sparsha’, ‘
Vaastu Prakaara
’ and other movies. She has so far been awarded the state government award and the Filmfare Award.
In recent times the actress has appeared in supporting roles and she plays an important role in the movies ‘Amar’ and ‘Geetha’.
