Sudeep makes public his cold war with Shivanna?

There has been news doing the rounds of a cold war between Sudeep and Shivarajkumar for years now. The two have been mired in a controversy in everything from a title war to dubbing issues. The two actors have always publicly rubbished these claims, but the rumours just don’t seem to die down.
The Shivarajkumar- and Ramya-starrer Aryan is all gearing up for release.As we reported earlier, Sudeep is the sutradhar and has lent his voice for the movie, which got many talking about the rift between him and Shivanna narrowing. But Sudeep found himself caught unawares in yet another controversy surrounding his alleged rival.
Kichcha recently shared on Twitter that he has lent his voice to Aryan only for late director D Rajendra Babu. His tweet read, “A tribute by lending my voice was th least I cld do fr havin wrkd wth a grt gentleman D.Babu sir...no second reason for doin this.” What followed were a string of tweets from fans of both actors, each saying that they would watch the movie only for their respective favourite stars, while one user even said that Sudeep’s tweet was aimed at telling the world that he did this only for the late director, which meant that the cold war between Sudeep and Shivanna was still on.
Responding to this, Sudeep posted another tweet that read, “I think,,those debating shld relax.Whn I said ‘no other reason’,meant,I hv done it outta respct twrds D.babu sir,n nt fr commercial reasons.” We hope that puts speculations to rest.
