Srimurali was underwater for 12 hours?

Recently, reports stated that Sandalwood actor Srimurali is shooting the climax of his upcoming film Rathavara. While the actor and the crew of the film have been tight lipped about the project, some sources hae revealed that Srimurali had to be underwater for 12 continuous hours.
The actor, after much resistance, finally said that the scene does have water elements and will see him in a completely different avatar, which required him to be under a strict diet.He also mentioned that this has been one of the toughest climaxes of his career.
