had become a huge sensation back in the day in the Kannada film industry. This movie was written, directed and produced by Ravichandran himself. Now, a new team is launching a movie with the same title ‘Kalavida’, and Sandalwood’s Roaring Star Srii Murali has released the poster of the new movie.
Shivanand, who has been working as an assistant director in Kannada films for many years, is directing the film for the first time.
Pradeep Kumar is making his acting debut with this movie, and he is also producing it. Pradeep who had a dream of becoming a hero came to Bangalore as a child. He has worked in theatre and as an assistant director for many movies. The film is all set for release as it has already received a U/A certificate from the censor board.
Actress Sambhrama is playing the lead role in this movie while Manjunath Hegde, Aruna Balaraj, Mugu Suresh, Varsha Mallesh, Sridhar, Jagadish, Lokesh and others will be seen as the cast too.
The music for this movie is jointly composed by Vivek Chakravarti and
Poornachandra Tejaswi, and Chidanand is doing the cinematography. Actor-producer Pradeed who is positive about the reactions to this film is planning to release the movie after the government allows the theatres to be opened.
