Sonu Gowda’s debut Music Video is dedicated to farmers

Actress Sonu Gowda is throwing her weight behind the farming community with her maiden video song called Raita. The song has been conceptualised, composed, directed and sung by All Ok. Sonu Gowda says, “I couldn’t have asked for a better song than Raita to make my debut in a video song. I’ve known All Ok for a very long time as he is my good friend. We have always been keen to collaborate on a project which finally happened with Raita. I hope it inspires many people to take up agriculture as it still remains a neglected sector in our country. It was a wonderful experience to play the wife of a farmer who carries food to feed her husband. Farmers deserve a special place because it’s not easy to grow food which demands a lot of patience and hard work which I realised when I took up gardening during the lockdown.” Sonu will also be seen on television in Jothe Jotheyalli, as Rajanandini.
