Shwetha Prasad dubs for Sayyeshaa

Actor Shwetha Prasad has added another oeuvre to her career. This time that of a dubbing artiste. Shwetha who has already made a name for herself in acting, also dubbed for the first time recently. And it was for none other than Sayyeshaa, the heroine of Yuvarathnaa. “I got a call from the team asking if I’d be interested in dubbing for Sayyeshaa and I thought why not? As an actor myself, I’m always up for challenging work and I have it a shot,” shares Shwetha.Even though it was her first time, Shwetha confesses that she throroughly enjoyed her stint. “And I also realised how tough it can be because you have to act out all the scenes again since you have to convey the emotions associated with those scenes. And as a person, when you’re starkly in contrast with what is playing out on screen, it makes the job all the more interesting,” she tells us. So will she take it up if more such offers come her way? “If it’s interesting and I’m not held up with any acting commitments, then why not?” sums up Shwetha.
