Shubha Raksha teams up with J D Chakravarthy for her Telugu debut

Sandalwood actress Shubha Raksha has forayed into Telugu with a new movie called

24/7

, which is a suspense thriller being directed by Raman. The bi-lingual movie, which will be released in Kannada as well, sees Shubha sharing screen space with multilingual actor J D Chakravarthy. The movie also has another Sandalwood actor Sanath in the lead role.

Shubha says, “I play the role of a current generation girl who wants to lead life as she likes without bothering about the long-term impact. It is only in the climax that my character takes a different turn which leaves everyone in surprise. It’s a role that has dual shades and will be revealed only in the climax.”

As Shubha Raksha’s character in the Tamil serial Amman has ended, the actress is in talks to sign a new serial in the same language. “I love to work both on the small screen and silver screen. As my role Gandhari in my first serial in Tamil was appreciated by everyone, I am looking forward to act in my second serial which will be revealed officially, shortly,” she signs off.
