Shubha Punja back with a bang

Actress Shubha Poonja is celebrating her successful stint in Sandalwood these days. The Kannada actress who was lying low for sometime, made her comeback into Sandalwood with her hit film Parari.Shubha has thanked her fans for making Parari a hit in the box-office. The film directed by KM Chaitanya helped save Shubha’s sinking career from drowning. It seems good times are ahead for the Kannada actress, as she is eagerly waiting for the release of her forthcoming film Meenakshi. It is a women-centric film, and Shubha has lot of scope to showcase her acting skills. The actress is playing the title role in the film. The shooting of the film is almost over. It is likely to be released in a couple of months time. “It is an extremely challenging role. The movie is my personal favourite,” says Shubha in one of her recent interviews. Model-turned-actor Raghu Mukherjee will be seen opposite Shubha in Meenakshi.It is not just Meenakshi, the actress has three more releases lined up for the year.
