Choreographer-turned-director Soori’s first film will be shot in one location: a wedding hall near Bidadi. The film, titled Shuba Vivaha, is set in the Sri Bairasri Convention Hall and the single-schedule shoot will be 25 days long.Shuba Vivaha comprises a cast and crew of 30 people. However, there will be extras for the wedding and reception scenes. The film begins with an evening reception and ends after the wedding ceremony the next days.
The plot has many twists and turns that come up after the reception.
Akul Balaji plays the bridegroom, while Naksha Shetty (who is featured in the song
Darling Darling in
Madarangi) plays the bride in the film. Dhruva Kumar and Rajat Kumar are producers. Wedding planner Lakshmi is the film’s costume designer. Srivatsa is scoring music for five songs, all of which are set in the wedding hall.

Shuba Vivaha was held on Thursday afternoon at the convention hall in Bidadi. Incidentally, Geetha Shanker, who owns the wedding hall, is Soori’s sister.
