Shruthi's wedding announced 'not valid'

The drama surrounding Kannada film actress Shruthi's personal life has come to an end with the family court announcing her wedding to journalist turned director Chandrachud as 'not valid'.
Previous to this wedding, Shruthi was married to director S Mahendra, while Chandrachud was married to Manjula. The two had decided to divorce their respective spouses before they tied the knot.Turns out, that while Shurti had in fact got a divorce, it was not until the day after the second wedding took place that she figured Chandrachud was still married to his first wife. One day after the wedding in Kollur, Chandrachud's first wife Manjula raised objection as she claimed she was still married to him.
Of the developments then, Shruthi had said, "Manjula must get justice. "I trusted chandrachud too much. I didn’t know that Chandachud had not got a divorce from his first wife. I don’t want any girl to face this sort of a situation," Shruthi had said.
Meanwhile, the actress has been busy with assignments for the big screen as well as for television. She recently celebrated her birthday by visiting a temple near Chikmagalur.
