Senior actor Ashok Rao no more

Sandalwood industry has lot another senior actor today.

Ashok Rao

passed away in morning hours. He was 75. The actor, who was receiving treatment for cancer, breathed his last at his residence in Bengaluru. He leaves behind two children.

In his career spanning over several decades, he has acted in over 250 movies sharing screen space with legendary actors like Rajkumar, Ambareesh, Vishnuvardhan, Shivarajkumar, Ravichandran, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Sudeep, Upendra, Malashree, Devaraj and many others. As the actor's health condition was not in a good state, he stayed away from acting from the last few yers. Ashok Rao has predominantly acted in supporting as well as villain roles. He will be laid to rest today. The Sandalwood industry has mourned his death. Many actors and fans are sharing condolences on social media platforms.
