Sarvasva captures the beauty of coastal India
One of the highlights of the upcoming Kannada film, Sarvasva, is its music, which has been composed by Sridhar V Sambhram. But the team, led by director Shreyas Kabadi, lead actor Tilak and cinematograher Bhupinder Singh Raina, was sure that they did not want the songs to stick out like sore thumbs in the narrative. “We had four beautiful songs, which we wanted to showcase as best as possible, while also keeping them a part of the narrative, instead of suddenly having a foreign location number that seems disconnected.

The script demanded that some parts of the film be shot in coastal areas, so we thought it apt to use that backdrop for the songs as well,” explains Tilak.
The team then headed to Kerala, where they shot at the Alappuzha Boat Jetty, Thottappalli beach and then the Thenmala Ecopark, which, incidentally they believe to be the first time a film team has shot at the park. This was followed by Kumta and Kapu Beach in Karnataka.
