Jaguar Jaggi has been arrested by police for selling illegal pistols, ammunition, and other arms.
Along with Jaguar Jaga, others have also been arrested.
Two pistols and 21 bullets were recovered by the CCB police. The accused identified as Jagadish S. Hosamat,
Mohammed Nizam
,
BG Satish Kumar
, and
Sayyed Samir Ahmed
.
Actor Jagadish Hosmath, who lives in Ganeshpete, Hubli and acted in the film ‘Sarkar’ which released earlier this year, was arrested at his residence.
Mohammed Nizam and Jagadish were arrested by the CCB officials when they were in search of customers for selling of pistols and ammunition near the BEMAL quarters. The two accused--Satish Kumar and Sayyed Sameer were arrested on the basis of the information given by Nazim and Jagadish. Currently, the accused have been sent to judicial custody and further investigations.
