Actor Sapthami Gowda who is having a golden run in Sandalwood post the success of Kantara has signed a new movie called Yuva, which sees her being paired opposite Yuva Rajkumar, helmed by Santhosh Ananddram and bankrolled by Hombale films
Sharing the news on social media, the production house along with a picture posted, “Get ready to witness the magic of the graceful @sapthami_gowda once again! With her raw talent and dedication to the craft, we knew she was the perfect fit for #Yuva.”
Yuva marks the debut of Yuva Rajkumar in Sandalwood. He is son of Raghavendra Rajkumar and a grandson of Kannada thespian Rajkumar. The title of the movie which was revealed on Saturday has created a lot of excitement. Actor Prakash Raj will also be seen in a pivotal role. Ajaneesh B Loknath is composing the music. The movie is slated to release on December 22 this year.
Yuva will be Sapthami Gowda fourth project in Sandalwood as she also has Kaali and a Hindi movie, The Vaccine War, which marks her debut in Bollywood. She shot for nearly six days for the movie in Hyderabad. The project is directed by Kashmir Files fame director Vivek Agnihotri.
