Sanjjanaa and Tilak reunite after a decade

Kannada actors Sanjjanaa and Tilak, who scorched the screens in their debut flick Ganda Hendathi and a Boyfriend, will be seen together again in an upcoming, yet-to-be-titled film. The family drama will be helmed by Himayath Khan, who had previously made Acchu Mecchu.
Sanjjanaa says it was she who recommended Tilak for this film. “Himayath is a friend and when he narrated the story, I could only visualize Tilak as the hero.It required someone stylish and different, and Tilak fit the bill perfectly. Tilak and I began our careers together. There were some misunderstandings when we were contestants in the Bigg BossKannada house, but he’s been a dear friend and I can always count on him. I’m glad we will be working together, as people have loved our chemistry,” she says.
Himayath adds, “This film is slated to take off in May. It is a story that was developed around time, dealing with the relationship between a father and a son who meet after 16 years.”
