has made a sand sculpture of legendary actor

Dr Vishnuvardhan

on the 71th birth anniversary of Kannada thespian Dr Vishnuvardhan at the golden beach in Puri. The sculpture also has the Karnataka flag in the petta and red tilaka on the forehead. For the first time in the history of Sandalwood, an actor’s portrait has been sculpted in Odisha.

Vishnvuardhan

who is admired by his fans in Karnataka. I was spellbound by his acting prowess in the Hindi movie Inspector Dhanush. It was quite challenging to sculpt Vishnuvardhan's portrait because it has to be realistic, otherwise, his fans will get disappointed. I shortlisted around 20 photographs and as he is popularly called as Sahasa Simha I picked a one photo which should reflect the moniker and also has to impress his fans. It took two days to complete the art work. I hope the weather stays clear for the next three days so that fans can catch a glimpse of their favourite actor. “
