Samyuktha Hegde starrer cream shoot wrapped up

The shooting of Samyuktha Hegde starrer cream is completed. The movie which has now entered post-production is being helmed by Abishek Basanth based on a real-life incidents story penned by journalist and reformed underworld don Agni Sridhar.
The movie which is touted as a social thriller also has Arun Sagar, Achyukth Kumar and Arun Sagar in significant roles. Cream has been shot extensively in and around Bengaluru.Sunoj Vellayudhan is the cinematographer, Shivu is the art director and Prabhu has composed the stunts.
During the shoot of stunt sequences, Samyuktha Hegde suffered ligament tear so she had to take a break from shooting and returned back to action to complete the shoot. She recovered from the injury and completed her portions of shoot.
About the character, she had said, “What clicked it for me was that this story sees me playing a role that you would never associate with me. If I tell you what I play, I’d be giving out the entire story. But what I’m allowed to share is that I’m playing my age, she’s extremely fierce because of the prevailing situations and life just happens to her. The beauty of her life is that she is a survivor. And the best bit is that the story is unconventional.”
