Actress Roshini Prakash has charmed three southern industries early on in her career – Sandalwood, Tollywood and Kollywood. She now wraps up the first schedule of her third Tamil flick Vanagaan, starring Arun Vijay and helmed by national-award winning director Bala.
‘Does not fall into any genre’
“The film’s unique feature is that it doesn’t fall into any genre.

It is a performance-driven character. The team wanted my role to be under wraps as it reveals the main plot. Working with Bala sir has been an acting masterclass. It helped me to improve my acting prowess. Arun Vijay is a fantastic co-star. As it’s my third outing in Tamil, I am used to the language now,” says the Mysuru-based Roshini Prakash.

Last seen in Sandalwood with Lucky Man, Roshini is happy with her career graph. “I started acting in 2016. I respect the work that has come my way, and have done justice with 100 per cent dedication. I might have not gotten the break I aspired for, but that’s not in my hands,” she adds.
In Sandalwood, Murphy is in the pipeline, with actor Prabhu Mundkur, directed by Pradeep Varma.
