' is in the news again. The action entertainer starring Darshan, Asha Bhat, and
Jagapathi Babu will be potentially one of the biggest releases in
Kannada Cinema
since the reopening of cinema halls. Despite of the film being ready, the makers are keen on releasing it on to the big screen at the perfect hour. Latest reports, on the other hand, have been suggesting that the film is bound for a late December release but there hasn't been an update to ascertain this.
However, the film's team is not short of surprises and the latest one will certainly raise the excitement to a new level. It is a well-known fact that
Vinod Prabhakar - son of the late action king Tiger Prabhakar - will be playing a pivotal in 'Roberrt'. Although there isn't any clarity regarding his role, fans have been waiting to find out what exactly the actor would be essaying.

The makers of the film, in their most recent announcement on the social media, have decided to reveal Vinod Prabhakar's first look on the 3rd of December, 2020 at 10 a.m. exactly. The launch of the character's look comes on the same day when Vinod Prabhakar celebrates his birthday and the special occasion would seem fitting enough for such a big update.

'Roberrt', which is simultaneously releasing Telugu, marks the second collaboration between actor Darshan and director Tharun Sudhir (Darshan had a special appearance in the film 'Chowka'). The film's cast also includes popular Bhojpuri/Hindi actor Ravi Kishan, 'Dynamic Hero' Devaraj, and P. Ravishankar. Arjun Janya provides the soundtrack for the film with Sudhakar S Raj and K.M. Prakash fulfilling the cinematography and editing responsibilities. The film will be released under the Umapathy Films banner.
