Rishab Shetty raises his voice to aid government hospitals

In an extremely moving post, Sandalwood director and actor Rishab Shetty was seen raising his voice for the betterment and improvement of government hospitals in Udupi district. He can be seen expressing concern over 'poor' condition of government-run hospitals across the state and can be seen urging people to come forward and help make government hospitals better. Collaborating with Yuva Shakthi Karnataka, the actor was seen sharing a video about the sorry state of affairs at Udupi.

Needless to say, the video did receive attention from fans and followers who were interested in knowing how to help. Rishab has been extremely vocal about civic issues and matters that affect the state as well. Hence recently he was also seen registering his protest on his social media handles to voice out his opposition on Hindi imposition on September 14 which is celebrated as Hindi Diwas, and over Kannada being totally eliminated from the stationery and signage of many establishments.

Meawhile, professionally, Rishab will do two more films as actor. One is a film called Hari Kathe Alla Giri Kathe, to be directed by one of his long-time associates Giri Krishna, who had worked with Rishab on Kirik Party. Rishab is also a part of a film with Raj B Shetty, called Garuda Gamana Vrishaba Vahana and is in talks to star in the title role of the Amar Alva biopic, a film on the life of the Mangalore don.
